MK Training
MK Training is a youth football training program in El Cajon created by Kevin Kelly, a former El Cajon High football player. Kevin was looking for a bold logo that could be used across many platforms that incorporated his and his business partners initials. The final logo uses a classic jersey style font and bold format to create a logo that is creative but still recognizable as a sports logo.
LOGO VARIATIONS
once the clients decided on one of the initial sketches I vectorized the logo used different textures and stroke combinations to create different style options to show the versatility of the design. The client decided on a solid bold style for his final logo.
INITIAL SKETCHES
The client initially asked for a logo that referenced sports as well as his high school football team. I drew inspiration from classic jersey style fonts as well as his high school football team the El Cajon Braves.
WEBSITE MOCKUP
I also created a website mock-up. I really wanted the website to be easy to navigate while still having a classic athletic style.
